Which refills do I need for my pail?
To purchase the correct size refill you first need to know which size pail you have. To determine which size Dékor you have, check the label affixed to the inside of pail's front door. After you determine what size pail you have, purchase the corresponding refill:

My Diaper Dékor is defective.
Most defective parts on the Diaper Dékor are replaceable. Please contact our Customer Care Department and tell us more about your problem.

How many diapers will my pail hold?
Typically, the Dékor will hold approximately 30* diapers, while the Dékor Plus will hold about 40* diapers before it needs to be emptied. However, you may choose to empty your pail as often as needed.

*Based on an average of Newborn (Size 1), Size 3, and Size 5 diapers.

What should I use to clean my Dékor?
Frequently wipe down the Diaper Dékor with a non-abrasive household cleaner. If odor is an issue, clean the pail with bleach to disinfect and de-odorize.

How do I convert the Diaper Dékor from a diaper disposal system into an elegant trash can?
Lift the "second lid", or Frame, and squeeze the Tabs of the Insert toward the middle, this will make the Diaper Insert (with the two "trap doors") pop out. Put the Diaper Insert aside, in case you wish to use the pail as a diaper disposal system again in the future.

What makes Diaper Dékor better than other diaper disposal systems?
The Diaper Dékor is the easiest diaper disposal system to use; emptying the pail and reloading the refills is a snap. It has great styling, and its seals do a great job in keeping odor in the pail and out of your nursery. Also, the Diaper Dékor's efficient use of refills saves you money as the cost per diaper is less than other systems using refills. Finally, the diaper insert is removable and the pail may be used as a trash can after diaper days are over.
