Dekor Eko Plus is the largest and holds up to 60 newborn diapers. It has the largest opening, which also makes it great for cloth diapers since they're larger than disposable diapers. Dekor Eko Classic is similar in size to the Eko Plus, but has a smaller opening and holds up to 45 newborn diapers. Dekor Eko Mini is the size of a bathroom trashcan which makes it perfect for smaller spaces, grandparent’s homes or a second room in the home where baby is changed, and holds up to 25 newborn diapers.

Unlike steel diaper pails that can only be cleaned with a dry cloth or they'll rust, we recommend cleaning your Dekor Eko Diaper Pail with a non-abrasive liquid household cleaner. Bleach can also be used if needed.

Dekor has a unique three part approach to odor control, starting with the sealed, OdorKeeper™ trap door. The spring loaded trap door allows the diaper through and then immediately and automatically shuts to keep odor from escaping. The top lid also acts as a secondary seal for double protection against odor. The durable continuous refill is the third line of defense, and helps keep the odor INSIDE the pail.

Other plastic diaper pails are made from a plastic known as polypropylene which is an open cell plastic which over time will absorb odors. Emptying your Dekor is super easy. Simply open the access door and pull out the liner with the diapers. Cut it using the Childproof Cutter on the inside of the access door. Tie a knot in the top and dispose. Finish by tying a knot in the bottom of the liner to form a new “bag”. Close the access door and you're ready for more diapers!

Yes, Dekor Plus is is often voted as the favorite diaper pail for cloth diaper families since it has the largest opening of any diaper pail on the market. We offer a Cloth Diaper Pail Liner (2 pack) if you are washing cloth diapers yourself. These are high quality drawstring wet bags that perfectly fit inside your Dekor Plus Pail. You can remove the Trap Door to make the opening even larger if needed. When you're ready to wash, simply remove the bag, dump the diapers in the wash, then toss the bag in too. Put the other Cloth Liner in the pail and you are ready to go again.

If you have a diaper service that picks up your soiled diapers weekly, you can use the regular Dekor Eko Refills and just tie them up and store them until they are picked up.
