Dekor offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our diaper pails. We stand by our products and will replace any manufacturer’s defect. Dekor Diaper Pails are made from tough ABS Plastic and will easily last through all your diapering years! Don’t forget, after your diapering years are behind you (congrats!), you can use your Dekor pail as a trash can in the bathroom, garage or even the kitchen.

Please note that the Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable, and covers only the original diaper pail and does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear. Only one warranty claim per diaper pail part; if a warranty claim is filed and a full replacement diaper pail is issued, additional warranty claims on the replacement diaper pail will be up to our discretion. This warranty does NOT cover the Dekor Cloth Diaper Liner or Dekor Refills.

If your product is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, please complete our Product Claim Form with as much detail as possible and our Customer Care team will work with you to resolve your issue.  Dekor reserves the right to assess the condition of the damaged product prior to offering a repair or replacement.  This may require the product to be sent to our North American Distributor, Regal Lager, in Atlanta, GA, for an assessment at the expense of the purchaser.  A repair or replacement may be refused if the fault is considered to be due to misuse or normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect.  If the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you as soon as possible. Postage and handling charges associated with sending the product back to the purchaser will be covered by Dekor.
